Use this high quality blank check stock with your accounting software, laser printer and MICR toner to produce complete checks. Each 8 1/2" x 11" sheet contains 1 middle check and 2 stubs, and is constructed of 24# paper. Measuring from the top down, the first stub is 3.5" high, the check portion begins at 3.5" and is 3.5" high, the 2nd stub begins at 7" and is 4" in height. These laser checks DO NOT include a signature line. Indicate the check color when ordering.

What is NEC?

If the following four conditions are met, you must generally report a payment as NEC.

  • You made the payment to someone who is not your employee.

  • You made the payment for services in the course of your trade or business (including government agencies and nonprofit organizations).

  • You made the payment to an individual, partnership, estate, or, in some cases, a corporation.

  • You made payments to the payee of at least $600 during the year.

Non-Employee Compensation. This 3-part laser set includes preprinted Copy A (federal, red scannable), Copy B (recipient) and Copy C (payer). Copy A has a side perforation. Print each copy as a batch then separate and collate by recipient. Order the quantity equal to the number of recipients for which you file, you'll receive all the necessary forms. Mail federal copies in a batch to the IRS. Mail recipient copies in compatible window envelopes. All 8 x 11 sheets are printed on 20# laser paper.
