Pre-printed checks ship from Coleman, Texas. Other products may be shipped from Coleman, TX or Green Bay WI.  

New customers or previous customers ordering new items may be verified before the order can be processed.

Please ensure your contact and shipping information is correct and updated for each order.  If there is a new contact person please update your company information.

Payment is required before your order can be processed and shipped.

Shipping

• Shipping options and costs are shown during checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
• We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Many orders placed on a business morning ship the same business day.
• Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and service level you choose.
• Please confirm your shipping address is complete (including suite numbers, etc...) and correct before you submit your order.

Preprinted checks

• Pre-printed check orders may require a voided check sample or other verification before we print and ship.
• New pre-printed orders or repeat orders may require that a proof be sent to you for verification before we can print and ship.
• If we need more information, we will contact you using the details on your order.

Returns and replacements

• If your order is wrong, damaged or not as expected, contact Secure Checks as soon as possible.
• Please have your order number ready when you call or use our Contact Us page.
• We will work with you on a replacement or other resolution. Support will confirm the steps for your order.
