| When do I get paid? |

| You are paid each time your account reaches $50.00 or more, funds are
remitted monthly. |

| Is there a limit to the amount of my commissions? |
|
| No. There is no limit, the more your clients order, the more commissions
you will receive. |

| Do you offer multi-level commissions? |
|
| Yes. If you refer an affiliate to us, then you will be paid 5% for each
sale that comes through that affiliate. Please insure they use your affiliate
ID when they sign up. This is limited to two tiers; that is, you will
receive commissions for direct customer referrals and sales made from affiliates
directly under you. |

| What if a customer orders from SecureChecks
later, but does not use the link from my website? |
|
|
Once a customer visits the SecureChecks website via your link, that
customer is assigned to your affiliate ID.
If a customer orders online via the SecureChecks.com
website, by way of a link from your website or email etc. you will receive a 15% commission.
Only the 1st order placed, paid for and shipped to a particular customer is eligible for the 15% commission.
Additionally; for a period of two years, you will receive a 5% commission
from any applicable future purchases that the customer makes online, regardless
of how they reach the SecureChecks website.
If a customer returns again via your link, the two year period is restarted.
Second tier commissions are paid only for sales directed to the SecureChecks
website via a link from your affiliates website or emails.

| Do I get commissions on shipping? |

| No. Commissions are paid on product values only. Shipping, taxes and
non-inventory items are not included in the calculation of commissions.

In addition to standard credit card verification procedures which insure the credit card is not stolen, we also verify the computer IP address, phone numbers, etc., to ensure the person placing the order is not doing so for fraudulent purposes. We work with all applicable agencies to prevent and/or report fraudulent or suspicious activity.
