Use this blank 2-up laser paper for laser generating complete 1099-Interest forms. Sheets are 8 ½" x 11" and constructed of 20# laser paper. This 2-up sheet has one center perforation at 5 1/2" and includes 1099-Interest recipient instructions on back of both forms. 

Order by the number of sheets needed, not number of forms. 

Envelope compatibility depends on your software.  Usually uses RDWENV05.
